These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Karma Careers (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and our web platform. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Platform

Karma Careers provides tools for:

  • Candidates to apply for jobs and build professional profiles
  • Employers to post jobs and review applicants
  • AI-assisted applicant screening and scoring

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding agreement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Platform Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use the platform for unlawful or unethical purposes
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse system components

5. Payments

Employers may be charged for job listings or successful hires. All fees are clearly disclosed during the payment process. Payment processing is handled by third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and intellectual property of the Karma Careers platform is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reuse or distribute it without permission.

7. Data Ownership

Candidates retain ownership of their resumes and profiles. Employers own their job posting content. We retain a license to display, analyze, and share information as needed to provide services.

8. AI Screening

Our AI scoring system is meant to assist with recruitment workflows but is not a substitute for human judgment. We are not liable for hiring decisions made based on automated scores.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Karma Careers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our site and take effect upon posting.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Nevada.
